Yes – we are a small restaurant so booking is always recommended to avoid any disappointment.

We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins but we cannot guarantee availability in busy periods.

We allow all guests 1 hour 30 minutes at their tables.

To make a reservation request outside of business hours, please email hello@flipsideburgers.uk with the following information: 

  • Name
  • Number of guests
  • Date + time
  • Contact Number
  • Any allergies, intolerances or dietary Requirements

Please do be aware that reservation requests via email will be responded to within 7 days so please give us a call for any last minute-bookings.

Due to the layout of our restaurant, we are unable to guarantee specific table requests however we are able to offer a maximum party size of 6 people.

Parties of 6 will be required to pay a £5 pp deposit upon making a reservation. 

Our restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. 

Deposits deter customers from cancelling their reservations at the last minute or not showing up at all. The knock-on effects caused by no-shows and last minute cancellations are considerable; Staffing and stock levels are left compromised, as well as lost revenue for a table that could have been taken by other guests. 

Accordingly, the following applies: 

  1. To have the full deposit refunded, you must notify us of a cancellation or changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
  2. We reserve the right to withhold any amount of the total £5 pp deposit for any bookings cancelled  or if numbers are reduced within this 24 hour notice period.
  3. We will notify you if any sum from your deposit is no longer refundable.

Deposits can be paid securely via the card machine in our restaurant either in person or over the phone.

We have a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after which we may reallocate your table.

Please do call us if you are running late and we will strive to accommodate you (though this is unfortunately not always possible).

While we are family friendly, due the nature of our building, we are unable to offer highchairs or baby-changing facilities.

Please inform us if you require extra space for a pushchair and our team will endeavour to accommodate this request.

Guide and/or hearing dogs are allowed in our restaurant. 

Non-service dogs are not welcome inside our restaurant but our outdoor seating is dog-friendly.

Please note: We do not provide water bowls and would politely request that customers bring their own water source for their dog(s).

Regrettably, due to the modest nature of our establishment, we’re sometimes unable to cater for certain dietary requirements.
